We are committed to providing quality-tested auto parts and ensuring a reliable experience for every customer. Our warranty covers part-related issues such as damage during shipping or incorrect items sent. Please review the details below to understand the scope of our coverage.
What Our Warranty Covers
Damaged or Incorrect Parts:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, we will first attempt to ship a replacement at no additional cost.In the event that a proper replacement cannot be provided, we will process a complete refund for your order.
Incorrect Orders or Cancellations by Customer:
If a customer orders the wrong part or cancels the order after processing:A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Engine Warranty Requirements
To ensure the validity of your engine warranty, the following steps must be strictly followed during installation:
Replace timing belt and all external seals, including crank seals, cam seals, and gaskets.
Install a new water pump.
Transfer all accessories from your original engine to the replacement unit.
Thoroughly clean the intake manifold and inspect for debris, loose bolts, or fittings.
Inspect and repair the cooling system. Replace the thermostat and use a proper 50/50 antifreeze mix.
Change engine oil and filter before the first start-up, and continue to do so every 3,000–5,000 miles.
Run and monitor the engine to confirm there is no knocking, excessive smoke, or unusual oil consumption.
⚠️ Failure to follow any of the above steps may void your warranty.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty applies only to internal engine components such as the engine block, pistons, and valves. It does not cover:
Sensors
Carrier bearings
U-joints / CV joints / Ball joints
Wiring harnesses
Any external or accessory components
Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please provide the following:
A copy of the installation and diagnostic report from a certified technician.
Photos or videos documenting the issue, if applicable.
