We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent process from order placement to delivery. Please review our order and shipping procedures below.
🔍 Part Verification & Approval
Once your order is placed and payment is received:
Our certified mechanics will verify that the part is in stock, thoroughly inspected, and in proper working condition.
You will receive actual photos of the part once it has been removed from the donor vehicle.
You will have 2 business days to review and approve the images.
The approval process remains valid for up to 7 business days from the original order date.
Upon your approval, the part will be shipped within 5 business days.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking Information
Once your part is shipped:
Tracking details and freight carrier information will be emailed to you within 2 business days of shipment.
📦 Shipping Guidelines
Small Parts
Items like sensors, modules, and switches are shipped directly to the billing address on file.
Large Parts
Engines, transmissions, and other oversized components are shipped only to verified commercial/business addresses. Please ensure you provide the following:
Business name and address
Contact person’s full name, phone number, and email
Authorization for us to coordinate directly with the contact, if necessary
Important: If a forklift is required for unloading at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.
✅ Upon Delivery
Inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
If there is any visible damage, clearly note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and retain a copy for your records.
