We, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

General Return Guidelines

  • Labor Costs: We do not cover any labor charges associated with the installation, removal, or testing of parts.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items that have been disassembled, altered, or used for testing are not eligible for return.

    • All returned parts must match the item originally shipped. Each part is uniquely marked for identification. Returns will be denied if the markings are missing or the part’s condition has changed, unless the damage occurred during shipping and has been verified by our team.

  • Written Claims Required:
    All return requests must be submitted in writing through mail, email, or fax.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your part arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact our Customer Care team at +1 732-743-5955 within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the item appears damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • Do not return any items without obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number.

Return Process

Once an RMA is issued:

  • The part must be shipped within 7 business days using a valid tracking number.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method, or

  • A replacement part will be shipped, based on your preference.

Approved returns will be forwarded to our accounting department for timely processing.

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

  • If a shipment is refused or a customer does not respond to delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with both outbound and return shipping charges.

  • If an order is canceled after processing and a replacement is not requested, USA Used Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and deduct shipping charges from the refund.
